These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Stars & Maple Holidays and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreement between you and Stars & Maple Holidays regarding the Site including, but not limited to, any prior version of these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use and the resolution of any dispute related to these Terms of Use or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without giving effect to any principal of conflicts of law Stars & Maple Holidays ’s failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provisions of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
