Travel Insurance, VISAs and Travel Documentation

Stars & Maple Holidays recommends clients must purchase Travel Insurance that would cover (but not limited to)

• Trip cancellation & trip interruption
• Emergency medical
• Baggage loss, damage & delay
• Flight & travel accident
• Rental vehicle damage

We offer Manulife Travel Insurance for all Canadians booking Holiday packages with us. Clients booking with us are requested to purchase travel insurance from the country where you domicile.

Waiver – Canadian client living in Canada declining our offer to sell travel insurance will be required to sign off on a Waiver. Non-Canadians will be required to also required to sign off on the Waiver.

Stars & Maple Holidays or our supplier will not compensate/cover any costs on behalf of the Agent/Client arising from cancellations due medical, compassionate, visa rejections or any other reasons. The client’s Travel Insurance should cover such costs.

Visas & Documentation

Clients are responsible for valid Visas, Passports, and other necessary travel documentation.
