And you need no Boating License or Boating Experience.  Our boating company will provide you all the training you will need.

A minimum of two persons are required to rent a Houseboat.

  • We feature Premium Horizon Class boats with 2, 3, 4 and 5-cabin.
  • Our boats sleep 2 to 10 persons.
  • Individual cabins come with private washroom & shower.
  • Each boat comes with a roomy and comfortable saloon and kitchen area.
  • Kitchen comes full equipped with fridge, burners and gas oven, kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.
  • Spacious sundeck with sunbathing area, table, sink and barbecue hotplate – perfect for al-fresco dining.
  • Wide walkways for easy access to all sides of the boat.
  • Large sliding glass doors to outside seating at rear.  
  • Sail from top deck or inside helm.
  • Bow and Stern Thrusters
  • Heating System.
  • Boats come with full tank of Gas and Fresh Water, typically enough for up to 7 days of sailing.
  • Empty Grey and Black water tanks.
  • Blue Tooth, USB Ports, etc
  • Guidebooks, Maps, Binoculars.
  • Daily weather reports.
  • A boat handling demonstration prior to departure.
  • Technical support.
  • On-board maps and visitor information.

Exclusions

  • Airfare. Offered as an Optional service.
  • Transfer to the Pier.  Offered as an Optional service.
  • Meals including breakfast.
  • Collision Damage Waiver to cover damage to the boat. 
  • Running costs (diesel, gas, engine wear and tear) - charged by the engine hour.
  • Optional holiday extras.
  • Waterside services if you use them (i.e., moorings where a charge is applicable, pump-out if needed, water, etc.).
  • Food and drink.
  • Boat Cleaning Fee.
  • Cancellation plan & any travel/personal insurance.
  • Travel Insurance – highly recommended. We require clients to provide us a signed Waiver in the event your client opts to decline your offer to sell Travel Insurance.  Stars & Maple Holidays sells Manulife Travel Insurance.  Please check with us for rates.
  • Non-Ontario clients - must purchase travel insurance through their travel agents in the country of their domicile.  Evidence Travel Insurance or a signed waiver when required will be requested at the time of confirmation.
  • Bottled Water.
  • Early Check-in and Late Check-out charges. Charges will apply.
